Compliance Coordinator

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
·  Monitor the implementation of compliance policies across all departments.
·  Prepare and maintain the Compliance Register and related documentation.
·  Track changes in local regulations and ensure relevant teams are informed.
·  Support self-assessment processes and develop compliance training materials.
·  Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
·  Update key compliance indicators (KCIs) and prepare periodic reports.

Qualifications & Experience:
·  Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
·  3-5 years of experience in Compliance, Governance, Audit, or Risk Management.
·  Strong knowledge of local Qatari laws and regulations.
·  Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 37301).
·  Excellent reporting skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
