We are seeking a Head of Reconciliations to oversee fund, cash, and securities reconciliations across GCC financial institutions.

The Head of Reconciliations will manage reconciliation teams, implement control frameworks, and ensure timely resolution of breaks and discrepancies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily fund and cash reconciliation processes
• Oversee exception management and break resolution
• Implement strong internal control frameworks
• Coordinate with treasury, custody, and fund accounting teams
• Provide reconciliation reports to senior management

💼 Requirements
✔ 10+ years experience in reconciliations or fund operations
✔ Leadership experience in GCC banking or asset management
✔ Strong analytical and control framework expertise
✔ Proven ability to reduce operational risk and improve accuracy
