Risk Coordinator

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
· Support the implementation of the approved risk management framework.
· Coordinate with various departments to collect risk information and update the risk register regularly.
· Prepare risk performance reports and submit them to management.
· Follow up on the implementation of risk treatment plans with relevant stakeholders.
· Document all risk assessments, workshops, and meetings.
· Conduct preliminary risk analysis and classification (probability × impact).
· Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and ensure they are regularly updated.
· Contribute to the preparation of presentations and risk awareness materials.
· Support internal and external audits by providing risk-related information.
· Update risk management systems and tools as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Governance.
· Solid knowledge of risk management concepts and frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000).
· Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation.
· Data analysis skills and ability to derive meaningful insights.
· Ability to coordinate and work with cross-functional teams.
· Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
