Description:
The Commercial & Operations Lead will manage the full commercial and operational cycle in Doha — from sales and order processing to production coordination, invoicing, and delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth alignment between local operations in Qatar and our centralized teams in Lebanon.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Drive and manage sales activities in Doha
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable production orders
• Ensure accurate invoicing and follow up on client accounts
• Coordinate with Lebanon-based teams (design, prepress, procurement)
• Plan and oversee production schedules based on priorities and deadlines
• Monitor order progress, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Manage logistics and client deliveries
• Oversee local administrative and regulatory compliance (licenses, QC, etc.)
• Maintain strong communication across commercial and operational teams
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in commercial, operations, or production roles
• Experience in printing, packaging, or labeling is a plus (not mandatory)
• Strong track record in cross-functional coordination
