Corporate Finance Analyst

Description:

Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst with strong experience in banking, financing, and investment analysis. Exposure to real estate finance, Developer & brokerage, or asset management will be a strong advantage.

This role will support financial decision-making across corporate operations, real estate development projects, and investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
·        Analyze sales revenue, commissions, and deal pipelines for brokerage operations
·        Develop financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies
·        Perform ROI, IRR, NPV, cash flow, and sensitivity analysis
·        Monitor CAPEX, OPEX, budgets, and cost variances
·        Track Sales, Rental income, NOI, occupancy rates, and portfolio performance
·        Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
·        Prepare management, investor, and performance reports
·        Assist with capital planning, financing structures, banking coordination, and risk analysis

Requirements
·        Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
·        7+ years of experience in corporate finance, banking, financing, or investment analysis
·        Strong expertise in financial modeling & advanced Excel
·        Solid knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
·        Experience in investment evaluation and valuation techniques
·        Real estate finance experience is an added advantage
·        GCC market experience preferred
