Contract Lawyer Specialist
· Law degree (LLB); advanced or contract management qualifications preferred.
· Strong English and Arabic drafting skills.
· 8+ years' experience in contract law, preferably in Energy industry.
· Familiarity with Power and Water Purchase Agreements is highly desirable.
· Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Familiarity with standard contract forms and regulatory frameworks.
· Familiarity with standard contract forms (e.g., FIDIC) and regulatory frameworks relevant to Qatar.
· 1-year contract extendable (as per client requirement). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with business planning or modeling tools is an advantage. 
· Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
