Description:

Management Solutions International (MSI) is looking to hire an experienced Policies and Procedures Manager / Advisor for our client in Qatar.

Responsibilities:
· Review and standardize existing policies and procedures
· Develop and formalize comprehensive procedure manuals
· Work closely with stakeholders to understand real operational workflows
·  Map processes, define approval authorities, and streamline documentation flows
· Ensure procedures are practical, actionable, and aligned with business needs

Requirements:
·  Has proven experience in drafting and institutionalizing procedure manuals
·  Can restructure and enhance existing documentation
·  Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience
·  Has strong experience in regulated and structured environments
·  Is skilled in process mapping and workflow design
·  Can deliver practical solutions, not just high-level frameworks
