Provides strategic leadership, governance oversight, quality assurance, and final sign-off on all rulings within the ATR regime.

- Strong background in tax advisory, tax administration, legal advisory, or tax policy
- Proven analytical, drafting, and interpretation skills
- Experience working within governance, compliance, or regulatory environments
- Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic with proficiency in English
