Corporate Executive

Description:

Al Shal is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Executive to oversee tender management and uniform procurement operations. Candidates with prior experience in the fabric or garment manufacturing industry will have a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities:
· Manage and prepare company tenders, proposals, and contract documentation
· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for uniform sourcing and procurement
· Evaluate fabric quality, pricing, and supplier capabilities
· Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies
· Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
· Monitor market trends in uniforms and textiles
· Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of uniforms

Requirements:
· Proven experience in corporate management, tenders, or procurement
· Strong knowledge of uniforms, fabrics, or the garment industry (mandatory)
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation
· Fluency in Arabic and English
· Experience in the fabric manufacturing or textile industry is an added advantage
