Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage employee engagement surveys and feedback programs.
Analyze survey data and provide actionable insights to improve employee engagement and organizational performance.
Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Interpret complex data and present findings clearly to leadership and business stakeholders.
Evaluate existing survey tools, databases, and reporting processes, recommending improvements.
Apply primary and secondary research methodologies to support business initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, Communications, and business teams to drive engagement strategies.
Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Forms, or similar tools.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools is highly desirable.
