Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Relevant professional experience within their respective HR area of expertise.
Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Good analytical, reporting, and organizational capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Experience within a large or complex organization is an advantage.
Arabic and English communication skills are preferred for certain opportunities.
Previous Qatar or GCC experience would be advantageous.
