Description:
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international client requirements, including Australia and Qatar operations
• Act as an HR partner for offshore hiring and workforce delivery
• Understand client needs, job descriptions, and hiring priorities
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Ensure timely closures aligned with KPIs and TAT
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or HRBP roles
• Experience handling multiple roles across domains
• Exposure to international or offshore hiring is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
