Job Summary
The HR Coordinator / Camp Boss is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of employee accommodation facilities and providing on-site HR support to the workforce. The role ensures the smooth management of camp activities, employee welfare, accommodation standards, maintenance requirements, and administrative functions. The incumbent serves as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR and camp-related matters, addressing grievances and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role is responsible for the accurate management of manpower attendance and timesheets, coordination of cash salary distribution, employee documentation, and other support activities required to facilitate efficient site operations and workforce management
