Hr Manager

Description:

We are looking for an accomplished HR professional who can manage the end-to-end Human Resources function, partner effectively with senior management, and translate business requirements into practical people strategies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening the organisation's HR function, including:

🔹 Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with organisational objectives.

🔹 Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through performance management, development and separation.

🔹 Lead Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning activities based on current and future manpower requirements.

🔹 Partner with senior management and department heads on workforce, performance and employee-related matters.

🔹 Manage Performance Management, including goal setting, performance reviews, improvement plans and management reporting.

🔹 Oversee Compensation & Benefits, salary benchmarking and employee benefit programmes.

🔹 Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.

🔹 Ensure HR policies and employment practices comply with applicable Qatar Labour Law and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Drive employee engagement, retention and organisational culture initiatives.

🔹 Identify learning and development requirements and support succession and talent-development initiatives.

🔹 Maintain HR policies, procedures, employee records and HR documentation.

🔹 Support organisational restructuring, change-management and workforce optimisation initiatives when required.

🔹 Lead, coach and develop the HR team while ensuring consistent delivery of HR services.

🎓 Education & Professional Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline – required.

⭐ Professional HR qualifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CHRP or equivalent will be an added advantage.
