We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage HR operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage recruitment and mass hiring activities.
✅ Handle attendance, leave management, and employee records.
✅ Plan manpower requirements and support employee mobilization.
✅ Manage onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
✅ Lead HR Assistants and HR operations.
✅ Support staff training and development.
✅ Handle both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
📋 Requirements:
✔️ Degree in Human Resources or related field.
✔️ Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
✔️ Strong recruitment and manpower planning experience.
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✔️ Transferable work visa/NOC preferred.
