HR Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's overall HR functions and operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and workforce strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
- Maintain HR records, manpower planning and reporting.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources discipline.
- Min 5 years proven experience in an HR Manager role.
- Experience in Qatar / GCC is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage HR operations independently and effectively.
