Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for construction projects – from manpower planning to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
· Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
· Develop recruitment strategies for construction & infrastructure
· Source candidates via job portals, social media, agencies, referrals
· Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
· Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs
· Build relationships with recruitment agencies & labor suppliers
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
· Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics
· Conduct reference checks, salary negotiations, and offers
· Support onboarding and documentation
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
· Construction, contracting, or infrastructure sector experience preferred
· Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and labor laws
· Experience recruiting white-collar staff and field/workforce personnel
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
