Description:

Responsibilities:
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and working hours
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and attendance reports
• Coordinate with Payroll for accurate salary processing
• Manage biometric systems, HRIS, and shift schedules
• Investigate and resolve attendance discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

📌 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR timekeeping, attendance, or payroll support
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and biometric systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

📌 Ideal Candidate:
• Experienced in managing employee attendance systems
• Familiar with payroll coordination and HR operations
