Key responsibilities and requirements:
◆ Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
◆ Experience in international and local recruitment
◆ Mass hiring and candidate sourcing
◆ Candidate screening, interviewing and selection
◆ Coordination with local and overseas recruitment agencies
◆ Onboarding, documentation and employee mobilization
◆ Experience recruiting blue-collar and white-collar employees
◆ Strong communication and organizational skills
