Operations Manager

Description:

We are looking for a results-driven leader to oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Your mission will be to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage full project lifecycle for water/wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, drainage, and desalination/RO plants.
· Lead large teams (100+ staff) across civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
· Handle project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and compliance.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities (e.g., Ashghal, PWA, Kahramaa).
· Ensure strict health, safety, and contractual adherence.

Required Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s in Engineering + PMP Certification.
· NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification.
· Minimum 10 years in project management, with GCC experience.
· Proven expertise in EPC/EPIC projects within water/wastewater sector.
· Experience with government projects in Qatar/Bahrain is a plus.
· Strong technical knowledge, vendor management, and reporting skills.
