Operations Manager

Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to lead our waste management division, overseeing critical municipal services including residential collection and e-waste management.

Responsibilities:
· Monitor and oversee daily on-site operations within the joint venture (JV).
· Ensure service delivery meets all contractual obligations and client requirements.
· Manage municipal waste streams, including household waste and e-waste operations.
· Identify, report, and promptly escalate any operational deviations or issues.
· Maintain accurate and timely field-level operational reports.
· Ensure full operational compliance to prevent penalties and client escalations.

Requirements:
· Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
· Proven experience in waste management or municipal services operations.
· hold a valid Qatar driving license.
· Strong leadership, reporting, and compliance management skills.
