• The Company is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee multi-disciplinary projects across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery sectors.
• The ideal candidate should be Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline) with 25+ years of overall industry experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, project controls, risk management, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Extensive experience in contract administration, claims management, and commercial negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
• Capable of leading cross-functional teams, driving performance, mentoring senior project staff, and ensuring accountability across projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental standards as per company policies and client requirements.
• Act as a key interface with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of contracts and alignment with business objectives.
• PMP certification will be considered an added advantage.
