Plate Compactor Operator

Description:

Manforce Group has an immediate opening for a PLATE COMPACTOR OPERATOR.

You will need to:
> Execute compaction for drilling pads, access roads, and trenches to achieve specified soil density and grade requirements.
> Conduct daily pre-operational inspections, fluid checks, and routine maintenance while promptly reporting mechanical defects.
> Ensure all compaction work meets engineering criteria, QA/QC standards, and client-approved surface levels.
> Adhere strictly to QatarEnergy HSE policies, permitting systems, and mandatory PPE protocols within hazardous work zones.
> Collaborate seamlessly with civil foremen, drilling crews, and QA/QC teams to ensure operational alignment.

You must have:
> Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating similar machinery.
> Valid heavy equipment operator certification as per Qatar requirements.
> Basic understanding of soil types and compaction techniques.
