Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for excellence in food & beverage operations? 🍽️ We’re on the lookout for a Director of Operations to lead, grow, and optimize our F&B business across all locations in Qatar.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Overseeing daily operations across multiple outlets
🔹 Driving service, quality, and profitability
🔹 Leading and mentoring area/branch managers & kitchen teams
🔹 Ensuring compliance with health, safety & brand standards
🔹 Implementing systems and SOPs for streamlined operations
🔹 Collaborating with leadership on budgeting, forecasting & expansion
🔹 Analyzing KPIs to boost efficiency and performance

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 7+ years of F&B operations management experience
✅ Proven leadership in multi-unit restaurants or catering
✅ Expertise in cost control, food safety & customer service
✅ Strong strategic, communication & people skills
✅ Budget management & cross-functional team leadership
✅ Valid QID, transferrable visa, and Qatar driving license
✅ Ready to join immediately and thrive under pressure
