Service Coordinator

 

Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to manage daily service operations, customer communication, and technician coordination efficiently

Key Responsibilities:
·  Manage incoming and outgoing service units.
· Handle cash collection for OW (Over-the-Warranty units) units.
· Assist customers with parts inquiries and orders.
· Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
· Monitor RTAT (Return Turnaround Time), quotations, and pending approvals.
· Coordinate daily tasks with technicians and supervisors.
· Communicate professionally with customers (calls and face-to-face).
· Support AMC and service inquiries for automation and printer products.
· Ensure all customer requests are handled efficiently and promptly.

Requirements:
· Previous experience in service coordination, customer service, or a related role.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and coordinate between customers and technical teams.
· Familiarity with parts sales and service record management is a plus.
· Experience with automation or printer products is an advantage.
