Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or ITI certification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Soft Services Team Leader in FM environments (airports, malls, hotels, hospitals, or large buildings).
- Mandatory Knowledge: Expertise in floor maintenance, cleaning machines & chemicals, color coding, chemical PH values, cross-contamination prevention, and MSDS & COSHH regulations.
