We are partnering with a leading multinational organization seeking an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead enterprise-wide people strategy and organisational transformation across the GCC region.

This C-suite executive will oversee workforce strategy, executive talent acquisition, succession planning, organisational development, compensation and benefits, leadership development, HR digital transformation, employee engagement, governance, and culture initiatives.

The successful candidate will partner closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, executive leadership, and business leaders to build a world-class workforce aligned with long-term strategic objectives.

This role requires significant executive experience in HR strategy, talent management, organisational development, labour legislation, executive compensation, HRIS, change management, succession planning, and multinational leadership.
