LLM or equivalent legal qualification is an asset Education from Tier-1 legal institutions is highly preferred - 15-20 years of experience in corporate legal roles within conglomerates, MNCs, or holding groups - - Expertise in commercial contracts, M&A, regulatory affairs, compliance, and corporate structuring Proven leadership of legal teams and direct advisory experience with C-level executives and boards - Experience in establishing legal operations across the Middle East and India; Saudi exposure is an advantage - Strong industry exposure in real estate, infrastructure, investments, or diversified business portfolios
