Description:

Avenue Group W.L.L. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Admin Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
·       Manage full-cycle local recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
·       Handle payroll, attendance tracking, and employee benefits
·       Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies
·       Maintain accurate HR records and support daily administrative tasks

Requirements:
·       Proven experience in local recruitment within Qatar
·       Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR procedures
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
·       Excellent communication and organizational skills
·       Minimum 5 years of HR and recruitment experience
·       Detail-oriented, confidential, and a proactive team player
·       Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
