Description:
We’re seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business objectives for a fast-growing company in Qatar.
What You’ll Do:
• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning
• Advise on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws
• Collaborate with recruitment teams for talent acquisition initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in GCC markets
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
