Hr Consultant

Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Consultant on a freelance basis to support our growing Construction & Oil & Gas operations in Qatar.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Qatar market and be able to provide strategic HR support, including:

✅ Recruitment strategy and workforce planning
✅ HR policies and procedures
✅ Qatar Labour Law compliance
✅ Performance management systems
✅ Employee relations and HR documentation
✅ Compensation and benefits guidance
✅ Mobilization and onboarding processes
✅ HR support for large-scale construction and oil & gas projects

Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven HR experience in Construction and/or Oil & Gas industries
* Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices
* Experience managing large blue-collar and white-collar workforces
* Based in Qatar (preferred)
* Available on a freelance/consultancy basis
