Ritz Serve is seeking an experienced HR Executive in Qatar.
Location: Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and project-based roles.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, exits).
• Coordinate Performance Management and KPI tracking.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
• Ensure strict compliance with Qatar Labor Law.
• Process Gate Pass and Vehicle Permit applications for client sites.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and Ministry procedures.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
