We are seeking a results-driven HR Executive to join our client’s team in Doha. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations, drive talent acquisition, and ensure compliance with local labor laws while fostering a high-performance culture.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment & onboarding processes
Manage employee lifecycle (contracts, confirmations, exits)
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law & HR policies
Handle payroll coordination & HR documentation
Support performance management & employee engagement
Maintain accurate HR data, reports & analytics
Drive training & development initiatives
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration
3–5 years experience in HR
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Laws
Expertise in recruitment, HR operations & employee relations
Proficient in HRIS & MS Office
Excellent communication & organizational skills
