We’re working on an HR Manager role for a manufacturing/FMCG business in an essential consumer category in Qatar.
This role suits someone who is comfortable operating in a factory environment and can lead across the full HR agenda, including talent management, performance, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.

The ideal profile will bring:
8-10+ years of experience
Strong HR leadership experience within manufacturing, ideally FMCG or industrial.
A proven track record in the Middle East.
Ability to manage workforce dynamics in a production setting.
