Hr Officer

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team.
Key Requirements:
·       Strong experience in HR Operations & Administration
·       Hands-on experience in Payroll processing
·       Solid knowledge of Employee Relations
·       Experience in Compensation & Benefits
·       Good understanding of Qatar Labor Law & HR compliance
·       Experience with HR Systems / ERP (Menatech system is a plus)
·       Arabic speaker (required for role responsibilities)
·       Strong communication and coordination skills
