Hr Officer

Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer specializing in Recruitment to join our team in Doha, Qatar, on a long-term basis.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably within the Construction or Oil & Gas sectors.
· Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Ability to prepare and issue offer letters, recruitment reports, and related documentation.
· Proficiency in Oracle is a strong advantage.
· Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
