Hr Officer

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience within Qatar
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR practices
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
• Excellent English communication skills
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar (preference for locally available candidates)
Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Support payroll coordination and leave management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour law regulations
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
