Hr & Payroll Officer

Description:

Jascon Engineering W.L.L is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Officer.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration.
· 3–5 years of experience in HR & Payroll (Engineering/Construction sector preferred).
· In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and WPS
· Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and ERP systems.
· Strong skills in handling employee relations and government processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
· Handle recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
· Coordinate with PRO for visa, medical, renewals, and government processes.
· Prepare detailed payroll and HR reports for management.
