Responsibilities:
·  Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
·  Oversee the complete employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding).
·  Lead manpower planning and strategic workforce allocation.
·  Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
·  Provide leadership and support to foster a positive organizational culture.

Requirements:
·  have proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
·  possess strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR best practices.
·  have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
·  You are strategic, detail-oriented, and deeply care about people and culture.
