Aman Hospital is looking for an experienced HR Supervisor with a strong background in the healthcare sector to join our team in Doha. If you have expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance within a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily HR department activities
· Lead recruitment for healthcare professionals
· Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and healthcare regulations
· Manage employee relations, discipline, and performance management
· Support onboarding, licensing, and credentialing of medical staff
· Maintain HR documentation and HRIS systems
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment
· Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices
· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
