Description:
Responsibilities:
· Support Organizational Development initiatives, structure reviews, and change management
· Coordinate talent development, succession planning, competency frameworks, and performance cycles
· Drive employee engagement surveys, culture initiatives, and retention activities
· Prepare HR dashboards, analytics, and reports for workforce planning
· Collaborate with line managers, senior stakeholders, and external training providers
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field
· 4–6 years of HR experience with strong focus on OD & Talent
· Knowledge of performance management, L&D, and OD frameworks
· Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
· Engineering, construction, or EPC experience is a strong advantage
· SHRM / CIPD / CHRM certification is a competitive advantage
