* 2–3 years of experience in HR functions.

* Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
* Solid knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and compliance regulations
* Hands-on experience in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring
* Strong skills in employee relations and handling staff grievances
* Familiarity with performance management systems and HR policies
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
