Payroll Accountant

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to handle payroll operations in a fast-paced FMCG/retail environment.
Requirements:
·       Proven payroll experience in FMCG or retail
·       Strong Excel skills (reports, data handling)
·       Knowledge of payroll systems & WPS
·       Familiar with Qatar Labor Law
·       Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar (preference for locally available candidates)
·       Ability to handle high-volume employees
Responsibilities:
·       Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
·       Handle overtime, commissions, and incentives
·       Ensure compliance with WPS and company policies
·       Prepare payroll reports & reconciliations
