Recruitment Supervisor

Description:

The Recruitment Supervisor will oversee the recruitment and deployment of seafarers, offshore workers, and marine technical staff.

This role involves supervising a recruitment team, coordinating with HR Manager and ensuring timely and compliant hiring for offshore and maritime operations.

Qualifications:
·  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marine / Maritime Management preferred.
·  Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years supervising a team.
·  Experience in marine/offshore recruitment is highly preferred.
·  Strong understanding of seafarer certifications, STCW regulations, and flag state requirements.
·  Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and maritime recruitment platforms
·  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and urgent deployments.
