Senior Consultant Hr Transformation

 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 – 𝗛𝗥 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝟱 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 (𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead organizational design initiatives (structural models, spans & layers, decision rights).
Develop job descriptions, KPIs, and competency frameworks across multiple functions.
Support HR policy development and redesign of delegation of authority.
Provide expertise in HR transformation (process redesign, systems alignment, change management, and workforce planning).
Partner with senior stakeholders for adoption and sustainability.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✔️ 10+ years in HR consulting or in-house HR leadership.
✔️ Strong in design and implementation with proven change management skills.
✔️ Bilingual – Arabic & English with excellent facilitation and communication skills.
✔️ GCC large-scale transformation experience is a plus.
