We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist / Executive with deep expertise in Performance Management to join our team in Qatar
Location: Qatar
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
· Serve as a trusted HR business partner to assigned departments
· Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
· Contribute to learning and development initiatives
· Support compensation, benefits administration, and end-of-service processes
· Assist in HR projects covering engagement, retention, and organizational development
· Prepare HR reports and metrics (headcount, turnover, performance trends)
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent certification)
· Minimum 7 to 10 years of HR generalist experience with demonstrable depth in performance management
· Hands-on experience with PMS tools
· Strong knowledge of competency frameworks, OKRs/KPIs, and calibration processes
· Arabic language skills are advantageous
· Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
· Excellent proficiency in Excel for data analysis and MIS reporting.
