Description:
Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end recruitment process
· Source and screen candidates across different channels
· Conduct initial HR interviews
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
· Maintain talent pipeline and ATS updates
· Ensure smooth candidate experience
· Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation, medical checks, and employment contracts
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Construction or Engineering companies
· Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
